Inspiration. Camaraderie. Fun. Lifelong learning. What do they all have in common? You will find them all at the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (AADC)! 

June 10 is the AADC's birthday: a day to celebrate our alumnae community. The AADC traces its roots back to 1922, when the first graduating class from the NJ College for Women established the Associate Alumnae of the New Jersey College for Women, now the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College. Since that day, the AADC has been alumnae-created, alumnae-led, alumnae-driven and alumnae-supported. Through the AADC, you are part of a community of 39,000 alumnae and friends that leverages the talents and expertise of our powerful network. 

So help Celebrate US this week with a contribution to support the alumnae connections and benefits each one of us receives through the AADC! 

We are so excited to announce that the AADC has a special challenge from an alumna from the class of '55. To inspire and encourage others to invest in the AADC and our richly diverse alumnae community, she will match all donations, 1 for 1, up to $5,000. What a great way to increase the impact of your gift! 

Your special birthday gift to the AADC Annual Appeal helps the AADC continue to thrive as we enter our 97th year of service to alumnae! Each and every gift is so valuable and appreciated by the AADC.

  • Honoring Tradition - $365: In the early days of the alumnae association, alumnae were asked to pledge a penny a day, which gave way to what now exists as the AADC Annual Appeal. Honor this tradition by giving a dollar a day.
  • Empowering Alumnae: $250:Support AADC’s alumnae programs that empower generations of alumnae to achieve in all walks of life.
  • Engaging Alumnae - $116.40 (The equivalent of $9.70 a month in honor of the AADC’s 97 years of keeping alumnae connected!) Connect alumnae to each other and expand your network of friends and colleagues whether you live near or far from New Brunswick, NJ.
  • Active Membership - $40:Alumnae who have contributed a minimum of $40 will be considered active in the fiscal year in which the contribution is made and for the following fiscal year. As an AADC Active Member, you will receive special recognition and publications, may have certain voting rights, may receive special invitations to events and reserved seating and attend Alumnae Council meetings.
